The present conditions (the “Terms”) apply exclusively to the relations between HANKO SARL (“HANKO”, “HANKO Luxembourg” or the “Company”) and the author of the order (the “Customer” ) and govern their reports on any product order through the website www.hanko.lu (the “site” or “website”) or any other means (e-mail, mail, etc.). The site is aimed at professionals (companies, administrations, liberal professions, craftsmen, traders, associations and communities) and individuals.
These Terms are deemed to be known by any Customer placing an order regardless of the mode, and the Customer’s unreserved acceptance of these Terms. Therefore, any contrary clause can not be opposed to HANKO insofar as it has been formally accepted.
HANKO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The prices indicated on the site can be modified at any time. The prices charged are those in effect at the time of the order. The prices indicated are exclusive of taxes, except otherwise indicated. Prices do not include shipping costs. The site automatically calculates the shipping costs according to the items in the basket and their destination.
3) Delivery / reception
Supplies are usually shipped under 1 to 2 working days by mail. Any complaint for non-compliance must be sent as soon as possible to HANKO by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Late claims, beyond 48 hours, can not be taken into account and the responsibility of the Customer is then only and fully committed. The transfer of risk takes place from HANKO.
The Company reserves the right to make any changes to the products that the Company may deem useful at any time. Product insurance is the responsibility of the Customer upon delivery.
4) Product Availability / Out of Stock
Any offer of HANKO will be valid only within the limits of available stocks. In the event of a stock outage affecting a Customer’s order and if the replenishment exceeds 3 business days, HANKO will provide this Customer with a new delivery period. The Customer may cancel the order and be reimbursed if necessary.
In the event of unavailability of a product, HANKO may suggest to the Customer to deliver another product of quality and price equivalent to the first. The Company reserves the right to cancel all or part of the orders paid by its Customers in case of failure of its suppliers by refunding any amount already paid by the Customer and pertaining to the orders concerned.
5) Special fabrications, off-site products
Any order concerning special products implies acceptance by the Customers of the quantity and size tolerances used in the profession. The same applies to any order for products outside the catalog, which must respect the minimum sales unit imposed by the manufacturer or the importer. If not, it will be rounded to this amount.
By credit card when placing the order or by bank transfer. If the Customer opts for the bank transfer, the order will be shipped after receipt of payment which are generally on the order of one business day for transfers between banks located in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
7) Satisfied or refunded
All products on the site, unless otherwise indicated, benefit from the clause “Satisfied or refunded” and except for any typing errors committed by the author of the order under which the Customer can be reimbursed or exchange the (s) product (s) delivered according to the modalities described in article 8 Conditions of returns below during 7 days from the reception of the product. HANKO SARL however reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund of any product ordered on the basis of an estimate.
8) Conditions of return
To make a return, it is necessary to obtain our preliminary authorization, by sending an email to email@example.com which will inform you on the procedure to be followed. For a cancellation of order, the amount of the article excluding shipping costs will be refunded by bank transfer after receipt of the product. Please also specify the reason for the return.
For an exchange, the product must be returned at your expense. The products are only taken back complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, consumables delivered unpacked, packaging intact and content compliant. Beyond the deadlines indicated in article 7 above, the delivered products will be deemed to comply with the Customer’s order and accepted in full by him.
In case of text error on the rubber plate, the Customer may order a new plate that will replace the one that contains the error. In any case, the manufacturing costs of the plate containing the error can not be refunded.
HANKO only guarantees that the products shipped are free from defects in workmanship and materials. The only obligation of HANKO under this warranty will be, at its option, to repair, replace or credit the account of the Customer according to its possibilities and no compensation can be claimed by the Customer due to a delay in delivery of replaced or repaired products.
The warranty period is limited to a period of 1 year from the date of shipment of the products. The amount of the guarantee can not exceed the amount of the order placed by the Customer. Defective products must be returned to HANKO, return shipping charges are at your expense and will be examined for evidence of non-compliance with manufacturing or material standards and non-compliance such as accident, mishandling, negligence, modification, misuse, repair or unsuitable testing by the Customer.
Any replacement of a defective product does not give rise to the extension of the guarantee set out above.
HANKO’s warranty for the products is strictly limited to the provisions herein, to the exclusion of any other express, implicit, legal or other warranty.
10) Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
For all disputes relating to the execution of the contract between HANKO and the Client, the Commercial Court of Luxembourg will have sole jurisdiction. These Conditions, as well as any contract entered into by the Company and submitted to them, will be governed by and governed by Luxembourg law.
The photos and graphics of the site are only indicative and do not bind the Company, just as the Company can not be held responsible for typographical errors. All the texts and images presented on the site, for the whole world, are reserved under the rights of author and intellectual property, their reproduction even partial is forbidden.

The Company will request to produce all necessary authorizations for all official and other documents, if necessary, before the stamp is manufactured.
