What are the delivery times?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Luxembourg, allow 2 to 3 working days. How much does an ink stamp cost?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It depends on what you need. You can send us your text, logo or mockup by <a href=\"mailto:info@hanko.lu\">e-mail<\/a> and our team will take care of finding the stamp best suited to your needs. What information should a company&#039;s official stamp contain?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is the information often indicated on company stamps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The company logo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The company name with its legal form (SA, SARL, ASBL, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The address of the head office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Telephone, fax, email address and website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The amount of share capital<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The registration number, the RCS number and the intra-community VAT number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Can I replace the marking system on my date stamp?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace the system used to mark the date. However, we can reproduce your expired date stamp. What file formats are accepted?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept the following file types: PDF, AI, EPS, PNG and JPG (JPEG). When should the stamp ink cartridge be changed?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you are no longer satisfied with the intensity of the imprint, you need to change the ink cartridge of your stamp. You can easily find the ink cartridge compatible with your stamp by searching for your stamp model on our site. I already have a stamp, can I change the text?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, it is possible. You can order a rubber plate to replace the one on your current stamp. In order to achieve optimal results, we recommend that you also replace the <strong>ink cartridge<\/strong>, as it gets damaged over time. Use the product search to easily find the plate and ink cartridge for your stamp. For example, try searching for &quot;&nbsp;<strong>4913<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00bb or \u00ab&nbsp;<strong>Printer 30<\/strong>&nbsp;&quot;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. How to replace the rubber plate?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list is-style-default\">\n<li>First, block your stamp and place it upside down on a table, with the name of the stamp written on the case facing you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the plate with your fingers or a tool (e.g. a cutter or a flat screwdriver), it should come off easily. No residue should be left behind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The new plate comes with a double-sided sticker. First stick the sticker on the pad and then place the plate on the sticker. Be careful not to stick it upside down, <strong>the first line of text should be at the top.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In most cases, a label will come with your new plate. Once the plate is replaced, stamp on the label and replace the old one.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--30)\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. How do I change the plate on my COLOP EOS stamp?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you order a new plate for your COLOP EOS stamp, it comes with an ink cartridge. To replace it, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remove the protective film from your new ink cartridge and place on a sheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the cover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detach the top part (picture 1).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hold the stamp with your fingers and \u201cdab\u201d in the air to remove the ink cartridge (image 2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ink cartridge with its plate will come off.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the top part back on the stamp and \u201cstamp\u201d on your new plate (image 3).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" data-id=\"27226\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hanko.lu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/hanko-luxembourg-colop-eos-remplacement-plaque-01-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"HANKO Luxembourg -
