Typically, your ink pads are made and delivered within 1-2 business days. In Luxembourg, the delivery is ensured by the company Xpress Logistics.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the items in your basket and the country where they will be shipped. For Luxembourg, shipping costs are free from €85.00 HT of purchases. For the rest of Europe, shipments are free from €300.00 HT.
In Luxembourg, delivery is automatically free to the following localities: Wecker, Biwer, Potaschberg and Grevenmacher . When you enter the postal code of your delivery address, the system will determine whether you benefit from free shipping or not.
Delivery Options
When you place an order, you can enter delivery instructions: information on the place of delivery, opening hours, etc. You also have the option of having it delivered on the day of your choice, but for organizational reasons, you must notify us at least 2 working days in advance. Finally, the package with your order can be dropped off at a designated location: garage, garden, parcel box, at the neighbour's, etc.
